Strategic management of organizations

Strategic management of organizations its basic objective is to train qualified personnel to work in the management of religious and/or secular organizations of different sizes and sectors, contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives and business development within Christian ethics.

Its curriculum is based on a concentration area and two research lines: one aimed at training managers, who need to strategically understand the dynamics of the organization; and the other, more flexible, provides in-depth study of topics related to local/regional development, innovation, and social organizations.

Its target audience is primarily professionals engaged in the job market, seeking technical and scientific training for professional problems faced in their organizations, as well as higher education graduates, not yet firmly established in the job market, who wish to work in activities that require a technical and scientific understanding of administrative phenomena, and/or in teaching and research activities in administration.
